At Intrepid, she works as a field laborer on the Hydro Tube Enterprises expansion, bringing focus, stamina, and a methodical standard of craftsmanship to every task she takes on.

Elgar Medrano

Elgar is Site Lead at Intrepid, responsible for the daily operation of the jobsite, from morning headcounts and game plans to walking the site throughout the day to keep the crew safe and productive. He brings two years in civil construction, three years as a service advisor, OSHA 30 certification, and project experience spanning Arden at Summit Pines and a 485,000-square-foot data center program in Raleigh-Durham.

Jesus Cuevas JR

Jesus, a Wake Tech apprentice, takes initiative learning the art of leadership in the field. In a short time, Jesus has shown there are no limits on his potential. An ardent observer, he's constantly learning and expanding his new skills. He has a confident, no-nonsense approach, delivers high-quality results that exceed expectations, and he's as trustworthy as one can be.

Casey Taylor

Casey Taylor, an assistant site manager, estimator, and superintendent, moves between three roles with ease. In a short time, Casey has proven there are no limits on her range. A meticulous planner, she memorizes the details and pivots when problems surface. She brings a candid, no-nonsense approach, delivers work that exceeds expectations, and she's as dependable as one can be.

Alexander Lopez

Alexander brings finance and operations experience across travel, logistics, manufacturing, and construction. He has led system implementations and process improvements across the US and Latin America, and he is drawn to the tools that make teams faster. A father, cyclist, and lifelong language learner.

Jean MacDonald leads business development at Intrepid Build, bringing a career in commercial insurance, strategic communication, and corporate training to a company she believes in. She ran a large agency serving the construction industry before moving to the build side, earning her risk management certification along the way.

Joe Else

Joe Else, a superintendent at Intrepid Build, brings more than ten years of carpentry to the sites he runs. From Montana to Juneau, Joe has worked nearly every type of construction. A ground-up and concrete specialist, he thrives on days where no two are the same. He takes a practical, solve-it-now approach, coordinates crews and subs with ease, and he's as steady as one can be.

3D Modeler

Kevin Sizer

Kevin Sizer has worn many hats throughout his career. He worked as a Honda mechanic, taught 3D graphics, and spent fifteen years in video games as a hard surface modeler and designer, then became a stay-at-home dad to two. At Intrepid Build, he's training on the fiber laser engraver and designing in Lightburn for the company and its clients. Kevin brings range to everything he touches.

Full commercial electrical capacity, including industrial heavy-up, low voltage, data cabling, and specialty systems, performed under our own license.
