Ryan Armstrong
Logistics managerRyan Armstrong brings the discipline of military command and the instincts of an educator to every logistical decision he makes.
Ryan leads logistics operations at Intrepid, coordinating the movement of people, materials, and equipment across active job sites. Before joining Intrepid, Ryan served in the United States military, retiring as Command Sergeant Major.
He has also worked as a first grade teacher and currently serves as the head wrestling coach for a local team, through which he has dedicated thousands of hours to the development of student athletes and the broader community. These are not separate chapters. They are the same skillset applied in different environments: lead people, solve problems, and show up consistently.
Ryan represents the culture Intrepid is built on. Discipline, care, and accountability are not aspirational values here; they are how the team operates daily. He keeps projects moving and people aligned.
