Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of intrepid-build.com, operated by Intrepid Build, LLC. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to the website only. Construction services are governed by the separate written contract, subcontract agreement, purchase order, or work authorization executed between Intrepid Build and the client or trade partner. Where a signed agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement controls.

About Our Services

Intrepid Build is a Class A Unlimited commercial general contractor providing design-build, general contracting, construction management, subcontracting, electrical, and security integration services. We serve North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington, D.C.

Licensing, bonding, and insurance requirements vary by state and by project type. We hold the licenses required for the work we perform in each jurisdiction where we operate. License numbers and certificates of insurance are available on request.

No Contract Is Formed Through This Site

Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work, a bid, a proposal, a quote, or a guarantee of price, schedule, or availability.

Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or corresponding with our team does not create a contractual relationship, a professional relationship, or any obligation on either side. A binding agreement exists only when a written contract is signed by an authorized representative of Intrepid Build.

Project photos, descriptions, timelines, and results shown on this site represent past work under specific conditions. They are not a prediction or promise of outcomes on any future project.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Impersonate another person, company, or entity
• Upload malicious code, attempt to breach our security, or interfere with site operation
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or index content beyond standard search engine crawling

Project photography may include work performed for clients whose facilities, tenants, or operations are confidential. Do not reproduce project imagery without permission.

Submissions

If you send us project ideas, plans, drawings, specifications, feedback, or other material through this site, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Do not send confidential, proprietary, or protected information through the website contact form. It is not a secure channel. If a project requires the exchange of confidential documents, ask us for a secure transfer method or execute a nondisclosure agreement first.

Job postings on this site are informational. Posting a role is not an offer of employment. Applying does not create an employment relationship or a promise of hiring.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability related to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars.

Liability arising from construction services is governed exclusively by the applicable signed contract and is not affected by this section.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrepid Build, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

This section applies to website use. Dispute resolution for construction services, including any mediation or arbitration requirement, is governed by the applicable signed contract.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The Effective Date reflects the most recent version. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
