THE SURFACE THAT
LETS WATER THROUGH.
Porous Pave is a pour-in-place permeable surfacing system made from recycled tire rubber, stone aggregate, and a proprietary binder. It absorbs stormwater instead of shedding it, which means fewer drainage structures, less runoff to manage, and surfaces that stay usable through freeze-thaw cycles. Specifying Porous Pave early lets us solve site drainage as part of the build rather than engineering around it later.
STORMWATER MANAGED ON SITE
Water passes through the surface into the base below instead of running off. That reduces the drainage infrastructure a site needs and helps projects meet stormwater and impervious-surface requirements.
MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIAL
Recycled tire rubber and stone aggregate, poured in place and cured on site. A durable surface that keeps material out of landfills and supports project sustainability goals.
BUILT FOR REAL SITE CONDITIONS
Flexible enough to handle freeze-thaw, tree roots, and heavy water volume where rigid paving cracks. Available in blends suited to trails, patios, cart paths, pool surrounds, tree surrounds, and bunker liners.
