Information You Give Us
We only ask for what we need to respond to you and to do the work.
Project and contact inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you include additional details such as a phone number, company name, project location, or budget range, we collect those as well.
Career applications. When you apply for a role or express interest in joining our team, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, resume, work history, certifications, licenses, trade qualifications, and veteran or service status if you choose to share it. Employment related screening that happens after an application, including background checks, credit screening, or drug screening, is handled separately and with your consent.
Vendor, subcontractor, and client information. If you work with us as a subcontractor, supplier, or client, we collect business contact details, insurance and licensing documentation, tax identification information, and payment details needed to onboard you and pay you.
Correspondence. We keep records of emails, calls, and messages exchanged with us so we have accurate project history.
