There is a designated point of contact on every Intrepid Build project. One person invested in your outcome, on call for the full duration of the build.

Design build means one contract and one accountable team from the first concept through final closeout. We carry the design, price it, buy it, and self perform the work. No handoffs between a design firm, a general contractor, and three subs, and no gaps for the schedule to fall through.
Delegated design and design assist are preferred methods for clients, consultants and contractors when it comes to value, means and methods, speed, and quality.
We price the work and buy the materials in-house. Real invoices, fixed fees, and clear documentation at every stage, so the budget is built from the same drawings we designed.
Our own crews build it. Concrete, electrical, and the critical trades live under one roof, which is why the schedule holds and the design intent survives contact with the field.

Safety and site security are built into the structure of every Intrepid Build project. Our safety-first led protocols set the standard before the first crew arrives, and our integrated security systems protect the site, the materials, and the people throughout the full duration of the build.
Controlled site access is established from day one. Entry protocols and perimeter management are coordinated through our in-house security integration team.
Real-time monitoring is deployed and managed through our security division upon request. As an Axis Communications Gold Partner, our systems support software-driven upgrades and remote oversight throughout the project.
We track, stage, and secure all materials and equipment on site. Timed delivery strategies and controlled site execution eliminate exposure and reduce loss.
