We directed the complete design and construction of a 15,000-square-foot advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory facility, integrating tailored mechanical, electrical, and biotech systems within a highly regulated environment.

Pharmaceutical and laboratory facilities are validated systems. Every construction decision carries a compliance consequence, and we treat it that way from the first drawing to the final qualification package.

Construction Classification

Occupancy analysis, hazard classification, and annotated construction drawings are aligned to ISO and GMP requirements before a single trade mobilizes. Classification decisions are locked in at preconstruction so the project moves without regulatory surprises.

Construction Documentation

Qualification packages including IQ, OQ, and PQ are prepared and maintained throughout the build. Every system installed is traceable. When your validation team steps in, the documentation trail is already there.

VALIDATED HVAC SYSTEMS

Airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials are installed and commissioned to specification. Change management and deviation tracking are maintained throughout construction so nothing falls outside the validation envelope.

ICRA PROTOCOL MANAGEMENT

Infection control risk assessments run from preconstruction through closeout. We sit at the table with your operations team, understand your personnel and patient flow, and design a construction sequence that works around it from day one.

SEQUENCED PHASING

Work shifts to off-hours. Construction zones are contained. Every phase is planned to protect what is running on the other side of the wall. Your facility stays operational because that requirement is built into the schedule from the start.

FGI & CODE COMPLIANCE

Facility buildouts comply with NFPA 101 and all applicable life safety codes at every stage of construction. Compliance is maintained through every phase so there are no corrections standing between you and opening day.
