Unlimited scope. No project ceiling. We hold a Class A Unlimited Commercial General Contractor license in North Carolina.

Unlimited Electrical Contractor (NC)

Full commercial electrical capacity, including industrial heavy-up, low voltage, data cabling, and specialty systems, performed under our own license.

NC GENERAL STATUTE CHAPTER 22C
SUBCONTRACTOR PAYMENT PROTECTION ACT

Under North Carolina law (22C), subcontractors are entitled to payment upon fulfilling their contract. Payment by the owner to the contractor is not a condition precedent for payment to a subcontractor. Once a contractor receives payment, they must pay the subcontractor in full within seven days. Any delayed payments accrue interest at one percent per month starting on the eighth day. Intrepid Build fully complies with these regulations and prioritizes prompt payment to our subcontractors on every project.

PAYMENT
ETHICS.

Under North Carolina law, a subcontractor who performs their work is entitled to payment, full stop. Once a contractor receives payment, subcontractors must be paid within seven days. If payment is delayed beyond that window, interest accrues at one percent per month beginning on the eighth day. Intrepid Build operates in full compliance with Chapter 22C. Our subcontractors get paid fast because that is how we run every project.
