Project ManagerTylr Stinson is a construction professional at Intrepid Build known for his practical mindset, strong organization, and ability to move projects forward with clarity and purpose. He brings a background that blends municipal leadership, capital improvement planning, and hands-on construction coordination, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both project execution and community impact.
Before joining Intrepid Build, Tylr served as Parks and Recreation Director for the Town of Siler City, where he managed an $880,000 annual budget and helped lead the development of a 10-year Parks and Recreation Master Plan. In that role, he oversaw capital improvements, staff operations, and large-scale public initiatives, building a strong foundation in planning, public coordination, and long-term project delivery.
At Intrepid Build, Tylr supports and helps manage projects ranging from small service work to contracts exceeding $2 million. His responsibilities include trade coordination, estimating and procurement, contract administration, permitting and zoning compliance, UDO and planning-related review, and direct coordination with local governments and stakeholders. He is actively involved in developing internal standard operating procedures that strengthen consistency and execution across the company.
Tylr is recognized for his ability to stay tuned-in to both field conditions and client priorities, helping identify challenges early and keep projects aligned with schedule, scope, and expectations. His approach is systematic and solutions-oriented, focused on keeping work organized, proactive, and moving forward.
A licensed Recreational Therapist by training, Tylr brings a people-first perspective to construction, with a belief that well-built environments should ultimately serve and improve the lives of those who use them.
