Zachary's path to COO defies industry norms. He started as a framer before managing high-stakes technical builds including labs, clean rooms, and $32 million defense sector projects.

His leadership is forged in synchronized discipline. Before construction, Zachary was a three-time Dad Vail Regatta Champion at Temple University. That experience in elite-level rowing, a sport built entirely on relentless, collective precision, is the blueprint for how he manages complex operations today.
