This client had a high-profile tenant that had big dreams and a tight schedule - during the peak of COVID. The project consisted of a full renovation of the top two floors of a 5-story commercial headquarters.

In a time where materials and labor were notoriously inconsistent, Intrepid overcame the challenge by self-performing logistics to ensure that our skilled tradespeople had what they needed, when they needed it.
Result
The timely flow of materials allowed for tight schedule constraints to be met without stepping on other trades' toes & maintaining compliance with COVID protocols.
